[Resolved] Idea Cellular — 3 g network issue pay for 3g and work on 2g

To whomsoever it may concern, please reply me back as soon as possible as I am going to port from idea to airtel. From last three month I am getting problem in 3g usage with very low network or no network and now the condition is that I have to search for 3g network.while paying such a big amount in bill but no satisfaction
Your staff said change card to micro sim I did that also but same problem .Please do needful if there is problem in my handset than prove me wrong .I will prove that there is no network for 3g and it take away entire phone to zero network
TODAY I AM paying for 3g and working on 2g
PLEASE LOOK IN TO THE MATTER. AS I AM USING IDEA FROM LAST MORE THAN SIX TO SEVEN YEAR AND I NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM, AND NOW IT HERTS THAT BEING A PRIMIUM CUST THIS IS MY CONDITION.
IF ANY TECNICAL ISSUE PLEASE LET ME KNOW THAT ALSO
