I have called Customer care and asked for 4G LTE, that executive got my PIN CODE, then verified and activated 4G for my number immediately, since then, till today morning I was using 4G data (as per bill plan double data offer i.e. 2GB limit), this morning i got message that that quota over hence 40 kbps will ba applicable hereafter. (As per customer care executive and ussd only 1007.8 mb is used)
I called customer care and Mr.Vijaya Raghavan, an IDEA CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE, replied that there is NO 4G service in 600002 (Prince Kushal Towers, Next to LIC Building, Mount Road, Chennai) and (Gerugambakkam) 600128.
Note : While porting IDEA Sales rep and while activating IDEA Customer Care Executive telling 4G available for abovementioned PIN Codes, while billing another IDEA Customer care executive is telling there is no 4G Service available for those areas, and hence only 3G (1GB limit) is applicable. ((What an Idea??!?!?!?!?)
Just Need to understand whether am I cheated or made fool ?!?!??!?!
I dont expect any kind of justice from your side, because that should be expected from genuine people.
Thanks IDEA, I will stay with you till 90 days, because I dont want to loose my number. hence you charge me any amount, I will pay.. because I am an PROUND INDIAN. I am ready to loose money not human value...
Note: I preferred IDEA only because it is purely Indian company (I think so...)
