[Resolved] Idea Cellular — by wrong way my balance is detected

My idea no. [protected] from my account the idea company is detected ₹1870. This balance is detected by wrong way. When we use internet then we are not receive any message regarding the net pack. Please refund my balance another way we are go to court. We are contact the customer care no 198 but they are not refund the balance. They use refuse language

Transaction Ref no.- IGABUEBGX1 of Rs 105.00 of my prepaid mobile no-[protected]. Balance deducted from account but recharge not occur. how can i get my money back. Im not register on idea site. Help in getting back the money in my account.
