[Resolved] Idea Cellular — complaint against agent

I am a new user of idea and previously i was with airtel.

I was getting some mails from idea that my bills with the previous operator is still due.
But i clarified the agent that i have cleared all the dues one and a half month ago and i don’t have a receipt now.

I also informed him that no one from airtel has not contacted me yet for the same.

The agent was very rude and threatening me that my number would be off.
I was asking him for
A solution but instead of giving me a solution he started threatening me and became very rude.

Now i will port my no and i will request you to take some action against these type of agent

I recharge Rs. 145 but the amount wrongly type mobile was recharged. recharged mobile no is [protected] the transaction is done by sbi net banking
transaction id IGAEVCZYK7. Please refund my amount.
