I proceed for a new postpaid sim through online request and they call me for documents and security submission after that they came & collect all my documents and security amount(Rs 300) . and he says sim will take 3-4 days for varification process after that it will be activated but after 3 days i called to documents collection boy and inform him for the delay and not done any of varification process by idea . Then he says he will update to their seniors and also give me their seniors no.& and i call to his senior and inform then he behave like a uneducated person and says it takes a time a lot . after that i am trying to call him but he is not reciving our call . It is very poor service by idea . i have completed one week to wait for idea sim activation. Even now sim is not activated
