This idea responser try to make me fool from everywhere. I am trying 198, twitter, email, idea chat and consumer complaint forum regarding data balance diducton. Which was diducted between 21-22 january. On 21 january after data usage i have been left 9.05 gb data, but on 22 january morning when i checked my data balance before i am using then i see there are only 3.9gb data is available for used. On that time i am twitting the problem and till now i am not getting resolution. On that time i already called to customer care but they told me, we are unable to do anything before bill generation. But after bill generation where were i see that my monthly data usage is 2.95gb only and i checked the carry forwarded data balance is on 27.01.2019 on my idea app which was is 3.5 gb only. Now the matter is monthly usage pluscarry forwarded all total 6.45gb but on 9 january when my postpaid service is start there were 11.6 gb data balance showing for the january month bill cycle. Now from 11.6 gb data minus 6.45gb data equal to 5.15gb data hidden
Now the previous matter is where were i see that the same from 9.05 gb minus 3.9gb equal to here are already 5.15 gb data balance diducted by idea between 21-22 january which was hidden on january month bill. Since 1 month i am complaining about the same, but this fraud operator till now they were not give me the diducted data balance or any service request number. They just trying to make me fool through there useless reply, where were no service request number. They know only frauding and how to fooling there user... Was this information helpful? |
