[Resolved] Idea Cellular — idea cellular deducting money from my idea balance

I am idea user today form my mobile balance around 200rs money is deducted. Message comes to my number from 58010 and written there that"you purchased vip5 for zyapay. 30inr thank you! Support: [protected]@globalpay365.com".

Another message comes to me like "rs. 20.00 towards fortumo payment app on
[protected]:02 pm. Txn id :[protected]. Please contact [protected]@iappgame.com for any queries along with your txn id."

Please resolve me from this problem. My mobile no - [protected], alternate no - [protected].
