Idea Packers and Movers — idea postpaid data plan

Hi, i registered for idea data plan postpaid service months back and then there is no reception available in my area. I don't even get speed of 1mbps and it was very hard for me to work on that speed. I wrote emails to idea and asked to deactivate the number and plan. I have received very # service, after a while they asked me to visited idea center and asked to deactivate number i did it but still every month on my dongle i get the bill. I don't understand what's going on. First of all i did not even use that dongle since months, i just used for a day and every month they are sending me a bill of 1000 rupes. If they can see there is nothing which i have accessed using that data plan after a day. I just don't want you to send me bills and asking me to pay bills. Just deactivate my connection.
