Idea, Vz-vicms — Unnecessary deduction of money from main balance

I got a message saying that " Thank you for choosing to access FUN PORTAL, You have been charged Rs. 15".

I did not choose anything and I have not used the SIM for the last 3 months. I am an NRI staying in UAE and recharging every month to persist my SIM validity on top of that this is so unreasonable.

please do needful to stop their trickery to get money from customers.
