My Folio No. IDB0382898 (SAI, NAGA SRINIVASAN)
I have sent all the required documents on 17-January-2021 to update my address and the bank account details to the email ID: einward.[protected]@kfintech.com.
After that I requested for an update/status with respect to the requested changes.
But every time I write email to "einward.[protected]@kfintech.com", your representative Swetha Balashetty from Corporate Registry, KFin Technologies Private Limited, replies that:
"last date for updating Bank Mandate is over on 01/Feb/2021 and she will send the Demand Draft to the old registered address. The maturity date for Bonds is 21/02/2021."
More than twice she replied with the same message.
Without looking into the content of the emails, I think she just responds with an automated message.
Please train your executives to articulate their replies only after understanding the email content/queries sent by the customers.
I have already sent all my relevant self attested documents for Address Change such as my ADHAAR Card, latest Electricity Bill & PAN card copy to your same email address "einward.[protected]@kfintech.com" on 17-Jan-2021 itself. So, please provide me an update with regards to the same ASAP
Please update the latest address to avoid loss and further delay of my Demand Draft. There is still time for maturity date. Was this information helpful? |
