IDFC — IDFC fast tag not delivered till date

I have ordered for two IDFC fast tag on Nov 7th for two of my cars, but till date it has not been delivered and no contact details also provided to us. Very worst service and I suggest not to use this service as you will not be knowing the details of the courier. U will also not know whether it will be delivered or not. One day a courier person called me and said he will deliver next day but his number is not reachable since then and u will have no idea of the consignment. No tracking details and nothing. Horrible service and I strongly recommend not use this facility
