Idia — Deduction of my account balance

Dear Sir,
My no is [protected] .i am porting to voda to idia for your good service .but your service is not good my balance is deduct without any other service activated by me .so sir solved this problem urgently.I am not activated any services but how to deduct balance from my account so please short out my problem other wise advise to how to change idia to voda cellular service.
