My IELTS exam was on 5 Feb 2022 and result came on 17 Feb 2022. From then, I am facing issue with downloading the IELTS result. When trying to download no files are getting downloaded. Same way when trying eTRF it is redirecting to 404 pages.
There is no response or update event after requesting the additional eTRF twice.
When contacting the customer care they are conveying that it will get uploaded in 2 days and it's 4 months. Due to this the entire process is getting delayed.
