I would like to open this written argument by stating that without any information, Ufaber has deactivated my sales portal.
Kindly make sure that it Is activated unless the agreement is dissolved.

I will give you all reasons with evidence to return the amount, 1 lac, which was paid to Ufaber in the name of business.

1. Training of the team- My entire team was a fresher with not only zero experience in Study Abroad but also in sales. The trainer named Tayeeba herself was not aware of the entire system. For the first 6 days, in the name of training, nothing was explained due to which the team members were skeptical. I remember very clearly that eventually she was thrown out o[censored]faber. However, my team started dialling with only a little knowledge and generated business for ufaber. So, the fault was of the company not my people.
2. Sales portal - The portal was full of flaws because during the three months of work, the portal was updated several times. Also, there was no knowledge given to my team about how the portal worked. My team learned everything on their own . Hence, the company failed to provide the required knowledge which demotivated my team several times.
3. Agreement document- The document clearly states that the amount for the partnership is refundable, kindly refer to the point labelled COMMERCIALS. I have attached the document for your better understanding. Besides this any verbal communication will not be considered because I am not naive that I would invest an amount on somebody whom I hardly know.
4. Payment- The channel partner promised to pay the salary amount of 10000 to the team after fulfilling the attendance criteria. However, none of the payments were received on time. I had to mail on a daily basis to remind myself about the same. As a company, Ufaber should first think about the employees rather than of its own. Ufaber is a self centered company. Till this point also, the commission for the May month 20k is not transferred. The invoice was shared on 12th June and since then I have asked in the mail several times with a reply every time or instead an excuse that the UTR number will be shared. This is cheating. The company is clearly a fraud. I also marked Mr. Rohit Jain but still there wasn’t any response. Being the founder of the company, it’s his responsibility to make sure things are working properly.
5. Personal agenda- The sales trainer, who was the successor of Taiyeeba, Mr. Vineeth took things personally and he is responsible for breaking the team. One of the team members has claimed that he forced him to write an email saying that she wants to work directly with ufaber. Furthermore, without informing me, the company hired her and when I asked about it, the trainer told me that we will revoke the offer. This was breaching the contract.
6. False commitments- ufaber made all false promises starting from the training to salary. I had to pay my salary from my pocket and write unlimited mails to get the amount from the company .
7. Total Revenue- I would also like to mention the total revenue generated by my team.

I am sure the pointers are well explained with proper reasons.

Let’s not stretch this and make it go legally. Hereby, I am attaching my bank details. Kindly get the amount credited ASAP.
