[Resolved]  IFB Point Sonipat Road Rohtak — Mental harassment with cheating

Bad experince with ifb point. Went to purchase ifb smart touch senator washing machine. Made payment in cash. I asked a fresh piece, as i don't want to purchase the product available for display/demo. Initiallly i was told that the washing machine will be delivered in an hour as the packed products is in godown. After waiting for 2 hour, i myself made a call, then i was told that washing machine is out of stock. And the same will be delivered on next day. I was not also informed on the next day. Then i again made call ..the company salesperson told me that the new products have just arrived. And the machine will be delivered in an hour. In the mean time, i personally visited the showroom, when i went there i was shocked to see that there were no new washing machine, but they have packed the old one available for demo to deliver at my house. I immediately refused to take delivery. And asked for refund, i have an heated conversatiom with the showroom salesman and the dealer that it is cheating, and if the new one is not available, then they sud have informed me earlier. I was asked to wait one more day to refund . And again next day, they issued me a cheque, as it is saturday, therefore i cant deposit it today bcoz of bank holiday, the same will b encashed upto tuesday. Therefore i have to suffer a lot for 6 days without any fault. Its a fraud with mental haraassment by ifb point, the rising sun, 66A/1, near railway crossing, Rohtak, Haryana. Therefore, my request is to take some strict action against such dealer who cheats and making a bad reputation abt company. Therefore, in future none has to face such problem as was faced by me
