I purchased washing machine from flipkart & it is delivered to my address on Oct 25'2019 but till date no engineer visited for installation .
After delivery I got ticket no for installation but it is cancelled by technician, when I called to customer care they again generated ticket no but after delivery of equipment 5 days gone & no response from IFB company EMPLOYEES. Customer care provided me phone No's also but they refused they are not working in IFB. Was this information helpful? |
