[Resolved]  IFB washing machine — Washing machine top loading not repaired for last 1 month

Complaint number is 16103881. i m being pursuing my complaint regarding my washing machine, its only problem was water was not draining, for that i lodged complaint and technician came, , and said some part to be changed then again came with some part and said not fotting, then again came with some sr technician twice again the were unable to solve the problem, lastly 12-13 days back took my machine to workshop and after several reminders, today i got the call from service centre here at vadodara that it can not be repaired and offered exchange . I think the technician and ifb team here is not competent enough . Do you think my new machine will come cheap, i want my machine fullly working or new machine, within a week, For more then a month i m just going through all this..
