My car hr-02-ag0264 honda city (Insured by iffco tokio general) met an accident while i was travelling from karnal to meerut on shamli road. I pebble from a truck which was running in front of me came to out of the truck and hit my car's windshield due to which i got distracted and hit the car on a footpath from the right. The car got damage on front windshield and right back bumper and driver door. Now they are telling me claimed parts old damage not coinciding witrh cause. They are only approving my windshield's insurance and not left part of the car. I am not sure whom to approach and justify this. This is very unfair to me.
