Last year i had made my car insurance policy from iffco tokio general insurence company mumbai chembur branch.

There is agent who do such policy like one person he is doing my car and 2 wheeler insurance every year,
Now last year he did my car insurance with iffco tokio chembur branch mumbai.
As a customer it was fine i paid the insurance amount, now after one year when my insurance laps on dated april 2017 again many agents started calling me for renewal of my car insurance.
I first tried to call the person who regularly doing my insurance but didn't catch him so i tried another agent, when he asked my to give old insurance copy to get no claim bonus he told me last year insurance policy was fake, no such policy no is there from iffo tokio,
Then i called iffco tokio and ask them how anybody can issue such fake policy of your company in proper insurence certificate mentioning your company name and seal of chembur branch, i told them i was running my car whole year with fake insurence policy if ever i met with an accident then my dependent will not able to claim from insurence coverd and also now any of other company is not ready to give me no claim bonous.
Mr prasad of iffco tokio told me to give mail regarding this issue we will see what we can do but now several call he is not picking up the phone nor he is replying
