[Resolved]  Igm Service — Asking penalty

I got a call from quickr that they are calling from IGM service they said they will provide 10000 captcha and that work have to completed in 10 days for that they will provide 30000 they said amd i have completed that work after 3 days they are saying the qc is failure so i have to pay penalty rs 6700 other wise they are saying they will take a legal acction
