I have applied for the course " BCOMAF: Bachelor of Commerce(Accountancy and Finance)". I was not able to continue the course, due to some personal reason. Applying for cancellation in this regard and successfully cancelled the course but they did not get any information about the fee refund.
After the cancellation I have not received a fee refund status yet. I have tried to mail more than 3 times as per given mail address but I have not gotten any response from them. its already been 15 to 20 days happened they had given an mail to [protected]@ignou.ac.in which is not working, and niether did anyone responds when I mailed them
Please help me about the fee refund status, so that I can decide what I can do next.
kindly get my refund please attached the paid receipt and also the screenshot of the status cancellation.
Please confirm about the fee refund which I submitted to the college administrative department. I shall be highly obliged to you.
