Ignou — Refund of Admission Fee - BCA

I applied to BCA in IGNOU and canceled when would they refund my money it's already been 12 days happened they had given an email to [protected]@ignou.ac.in which is not working, and neither did anyone responds when I mailed them. Kindly get my refund please attach the paid receipt and also the screenshot of the status of cancellation.
