I am having vehicle no. MH 15 GA 2019 which is having Fast tag ID : 34161FA82026C81C076396E0.
On date 10/03/2024 I had travelled on Samruddhi Express [ Balasaheb Thakare Mahamarg ].
I have travelled from ‘ Ghaigaon, Jambargaon’ to ‘Maliwada’ . Approximate distance between these 2 stations is up to 40 Km., so the toll amount deduction should be Rs. 70.00, but instead of that total Rs.775.00 was deducted [ Date & timing : 10 Mar 2024, 7:32:19 PM ].
It is really shocking & surprising.
On date 7th March 2024, I travelled from Maliwada to Ghaigaon, Jambargaon that time Rs.70.00 was deducted.
So I humbly request you to kindly look in to the matter & arrange to return my extra amount.
