Dear Sir,
My name is Alok Kumar and My TATA Docomo number is [protected].
Rs 75 have been deducted from my balance on 09/12/14 at around 2:00 PM. I got a message from TA-HUWWAP stating that " I Player is activated at Rs75.0 for 60days" and Rs 75 was deducted. I have DND activated and I have not activated any such service by any means.
After the activation of the same, I complained on 198 at around 3:00 PM on 9th and the customer care executive deactivated the service and told me that the amount would be refunded within 3 hours. I have not yet got the balance refunded.
Kindly look into the matter and help me to get refund of my balance
