Iiht has collected 10, 000 as fees for a java course. They have conducted only 2 days of classes. After that, i have complained that the staff is not teaching well. So they told me that they will arrange different staff. But it is almost a month now. They have not arranged staff and they are not refunding money. They are not respecting me and not attending any calls from me. Now they are telling that iiht officers verified that particular teacher and asking me to continue with the same teacher. How can they check themselves? My one month struggle has gone waste. My last belief is complaining in customer complaints. Kindly help me in getting my money back. Was this information helpful? |
