Iim Cat — Cat exam online fees payment problem

I have successfully filled up all mandatory fields of the cat 2016 application form. But during the fees payment process through my maestro debit card, it is showing that the payment is not authorized. So, the form could not be submitted. And sometimes it shows from billdesk that 'sorry for the inconvenience, we are not able to process your transaction.' but i gave all the card information correct, my fund is sufficient and my card is valid. But it is showing the same thing again and again. It is so irritating. I can not submit the form. Please fix it. Please help. Please kindly reply and help me to pay the fees successfully.

This is to complain about the payment made twice while registration for cat exam . Kindly refund the half fee payment as soon as possible.

The google location which is sent to me with my admit card is wrong. Just because of that i didn't reach the center on time due to that the official who are present there didn't allow me to give the exam . Please take the right step for it .
