IIT Guwahati — Not refunding my double-paid fee

I shivam garg (jee main roll no.[protected] applied for jee advanced 2016. i paid the fee of rs.2017.25 through netbanking sbp at 08:07 pm on 03/05/2016. but i didn't recieve the confirmation message. on contacting the officials of iit guwahati, they asked us to pay the fee directly to the institute's account. so we paid the fee twice. they told us that they will refund us extra amount after the examination. i requested them many times via mail to refund but no response was given. we request them to refund my extra fee.
