I have submitted the paper to ijera but as mentioned in journal website i didn't receive any confirmation mail of submission so I submitted the paper to other journal they replied me mentioning that paper already exists in the website of ijera with link. When I cross checked for the paper i found the paper available on the website as open access internet source From ijera. After multiple mails for withdrawal of paper and long duration of waiting i thought of publication with no other option left so I paid fees but didn't receive any certificate of publication or mail regarding publication of paper or any confirmation of publication with copyright or as a usual procedure of publication.
