My Name is Gulam Mustafa Sayed I was an ex employee of Mahanagar Gas Ltd and due to I'll health issue I have resigned from the company in the month of April 2017 and I have applied for PF on 27 sep 2017, Pf no. KN/46370/191685.But still I have not got any update from the Ikya company and from last 3 months IAM trying to contact customer care executive it's just on IVR.
Pls help me to solve my issue.

Since last six month i am mailing to ikya for withdraw my pf but no one can take my issue seriously and now they said there is wrong birth date updated at pfo, and asking me to visit there, now it is not possible to me to visit to bangalore... I think they have make mistake then why should i have pay the penalty for visit to bangalore or delhi.... Hope this portal can help me to withdraw my pf.

But today my team leader visit my counter and say me bag utha or ghar nikal yaha se upfront of all promters meei respect kya rahi agar 99% meri galti thee ki competiton tracker nhi bharamaine jo aj tak tumne bheja nhi or 1 mahine me ek bar visit kr k ok bhi kr diya tumne toh jyu bharu main or kaha se bharu main uske liye sabke samne mujhe bol diya ki bag utha or ghar ja ye shi nhi hai humara...

Dear sir,
My date of birth and my father name is wrong in ikya portal and uan & pf portal. My date of birth is 9 march 1990 and my father name is tulsi ram. But in ikya portal and uan & pf portal my date of birth is 3 september 1990 & my father name is tuli ram. This occurs many problems like i didn't withdraw my pf which i need and also my experience certificate. I did not link my aadhar in pf account. My ikya employee id is a264963....

This is infirm you that i am unable to withdraw the pf amount. I was visiting the ikya office andheri branch 7-8 times for withdraw my pf amount.

They told that it will approved. I asked them how many days required. They told that it will take 15- 45 days required. today total 55 days but still payment not receive.
