Illegal Parking In Sector 42 Seawoods — parking causing problems

It is a high time we residents of seawoods are facing issue as the people working in seawoods grand central mall as well as nearby shop area started parking their vehicles in the internal residential streets of sector 42 seawoods. The problem is rising day by day and we are unable to take our own vehicles outside the building as there is always a hinderance caused due to this parked vehicles. I think pay and park is a great idea solve the issue as these people dont have 40 rs to park at the mall. Please look after this issue as this parked vehicles are causing problem not only to our cars but the grabage vehicles as well as school bus to pass easily. Please look into the matter as soon as possible
