Hi,
The current pg i live in is illegal.
The pg owner is charging for every single bit and is charging the electricity at 8 rs per unit.
Her husband is retired create branch officer and so he comes down any time and shouts with no fear of being arrested.
He comes and checks the stuffs of the girls in the almirah and doesn't provide the key for locking rooms.
