Im Complaining About Auto Rickshaw Meter Malfunction — Fast meter... Fraud

I travelled from Infinity IT park Goregaon east to Raheja Titanium Jogeshwari. He charged Rs 103 for such a short distance. When I asked him that his metre is mal functioning, he said nothing. This is ridiculous that we have such fraud auto wala in Mumbai. I request to the concerned to please take my complait against this auto MH47AD2275. Public is paying more than double of actual fare.
