[Resolved]  Imagicca Water & Theme Park — Issue related to Imagicca value card activation expired

I am Praktan Dhaneshwar from Pune, Maharashtra.

I want to raise a complaint related to imagicca value card which I purchased from a sales person of imagicca from a mall located in Pune city.

Sales person told me that, you can activate your value card whenever you want, after activating it will be valid for one year.

After few months, I tried to active the value card but it shows expired. I contacted to imagicca for same issue and ask them to activate the card or reissue the same card but imagicca partners refused to reissue or activate an existing card. I asked them if I have not activated it before then how it got expired i have not received any response on it.

I feel that it looks like consumer dissatisfaction and consumer forum only will take care of it.

I don't want money back just want to activate that car or reissue same card with same offer so I can avail those office in upcoming summer season
