Product - Boat Rockerz 335, Invoice Date : 07.09.2021, Product Received on 10.09.21, Product completely stopped recharging on 1/10/2021, complaint registered on the website of www.boat-lifestyle.com on 03.10.2021, Service Ticket No. 3611555 being generated. Product received by the service centre of Boat on 11/10/2021 as per their website, received SMS confirmation on 14.10.2021 from Boat regarding warranty replacement request.
After repeated mails & calls to Customer care regarding my compaint Tkt: 3611555 i have not received any satisfactory response till date. Each time i call customer care they are giving me 2/3/5/7 business days time to get back from their back end, but till date there is no such call received. I am frustrated and totally disappointed with such approach.
The company wants to provide substandard product as a replacement, the cost of which is far lesser than the original product Boat Rockerz 335 Rs.1599/-.
Hence my humble request, either replace the product according to my Choice i.e., Rockerz 550 Rs.1, 499/- or if it is not possible then kindy refund the amount in full without any deduction.
One of the customer care had told me that the replacement value is less than the original product because i have used it...
The product has hardly been used for less than a month from receipt so morally there is no point in deduction. So my concern when the product is itself a defective then what is the point in deduction it is company's obligation to provide a quality product????
