I have sent my Boat wired head phone on 25th May 2020 through Expressbees courier, My complaint id is 1123392. The device has received at Mumbai service center on 30th May, However, since then I haven't got any update from the service center, I tried to call at the given number. and the shipping team has informed me that they have dropped the device on 30th May as per the tracking details showing and told me to contact with the service center, However I could not reach any of your number which I have found from the email I have got. Please let me know the status of my device and send it back to me . And I will share service feedback on each and ever social media portal. I am really frustrated now as it's been a long time.
