I booked for replacement of my boat 225 headset on 28 Aug 2020 and ticket no is #1449776. Now its about a month No response from their customer service team. Parcel agent(Delhivery) shown that they correctly delivered my headset on boat replacement centre on 4 sept 2020. After that no response. What's this?..are they making customers fools.. The LOL part is that they wont respond to emails and call is not being connected at all. Now my original product is on their hands and I am counting stars...😡🤬😡🤬🤬
