I have purchased the iphone on april 23rd 2016 in kormangala 4th block, imagine store that was availed the cashback offer of 5000 /-.
When i went and check with istore, they are somehow closing the issue that we can't help with this.
Actually while doing the transaction istore biller has made a mistake in transaction (Processed as a normal transaction instead of cashback transaction).
Please help me out of this to get my cashback offer, since it s already 4 months.
Mistake has done from the store, now they are closing the issue without any reasons.
I have checked with citi bank also, card is having offer in the month of april.
