Immigration Xperts — visa support

Website: www.immigrationxperts.com

I have had a pathetic experience with manish srivastava from immigration xperts. He gives you a wonderful warm welcome when you go and visit him in his noida office. His sales approach work wonders. With each visit, he'll share his exaggerated versions of success stories displayed on his notice board and office walls. I was introduced to him by a friend whose case was in progress since 2013. (And please note, he got his visa himself after removing him as his advisor in 2017).

As a business organisation, immigration xperts owner took my case as well like my friend's and said that he'll progress my application for canada and australia in 2014. He delayed my application process despite paying him money in full. For australia, he kept telling me that my application is in progress and he's waiting for further steps from officers. After three years of follow up and removing him as my advisor, i got to know from australian visa officers that they have been asking him to submit my details which he didn't.

He misguided me for months and years after taking a hefty amount. He'll only consider you as a money-making target.

This guy and his company - immigration xperts are fraudulent and totally fake. They trick people which is why they're not worth your time and efforts. Don't put yourself at stake with them.

Hi Gunjan / Abhishek
Thanks for addressing the warm welcome and positive assessments / visa grants on office display.
Yes you both approached on Fri, Nov 7, 2014
You both signed the contract of service and fees quoted was Rs.70, 000, out of which Rs.35, 000 was paid as retainer amount and balance on positive skill assessment.
For Abhishek ([protected]@gmail.com) ACS Skill assessment was filed on 12 May 2015, and Positive assessment was received on 14 May 2015. You approached the assessor by passing the agent multiple times, requesting to share ACS Outcome directly to you.
Last mail to assessor, was on Fri, Apr 21, 2017 at 7:21 AM, but the case officer denied to share the letter directly at your email.
Further your ACS already got expired on 12 May 2017 (as Abhishek was unable to clear desired IELST / PTE score).
As per signed and agreed Contract of Services, We requested for Rs 40, 000 + 12.36% = Rs. 44, 944 which was due on Positive Skill Assessment. which was never cleared.
Then you both parallelly tried for Canada (Express Entry), At Immigrationxperts we didn’t charged you a single penny for Canada PR, and adjusted your fees of Australia PR in Canada Express Entry and file PNP’s as well. WES EVALUATION COMPLETED NOTIFICATION - Reference #[protected] But again, IELST and PTE desired score was not cleared from you both and ITA was not received.

Lastly you both tried for New Zealand Study visa through Mr. Victor ( the requirement for Study visa for NZ is too less as compared to PR) Now your Study visa is about the expire.

Since the amount was not cleared for more than 6 months even after rigorous follow ups and reminders, we closed both the cases from our end.

You were filing vetasses with BOGUS documents (company name Spero) with your boy-friend. You are already in touch with other consultants too.

Same has been notified to Senior Vetasses assessor Dr. Mamta Chauhan and both the cases are now reported to PIC 4020. https://www.homeaffairs.gov.au/trav/life/publ
