This is a fraud service provider company. No one knows the name of this company and they say big shots like ipl has been sponsored by them etc etc. Initially they call you and attract with the 5 free gifts and from that no gift is original and free. Later they hypnotise you with their fake deals and make you to pay atleast minimum amount. Weird thing, their customer care number gets change and when we call on old number, the guy on call gives bad words and say imperial is a fake company. No service is provided in 2 months and they just make fake promises. And once amount is been paid, forget it, you won't get that back.

Don't be a part of this, you will regret as i am.

I also suffered from Imperial Cruise by last month.
Please send me your complaint letter on gmail at PR_DEEP510.
I am heading towards District collector, Pune
I had two complaint letters against Imperial Cruise but I need 3 more to make as strong evidence.
Please send me your detail complaint (Including all follow up activities with your signature on all page) and payment receipt.

The guys Rohit P, Manish and Mr. Gauli and one Lady (I don't know her name) are playing the fake game. They are taking huge amount of money and cheating people. I have been dropping email and calling them, no reply and no response to my call. The IVR is only asking for options and repeating the options like a big company. The guys in this fake company are very cunning. That guy Rohit P. should be arrested first, then others. They have taken our hard owned money. I went to police station and police also came and saw their office which was close. Police also assured to look into the issue soon.

All, please join hands with me to go to police station.
