They collect the data from shine.com call the candidates for interview in their office for selective well known companies. They they arrange a telephonice interview with one of their known and after that they ask candidate that it is 99% final, you have to go to the company now for face to face meet with the concern person.
Then they ask for registration amount[protected], depends on the candidate) and 9-10000 as a security deposit which will be refundable in 3 installments after finalisation.
The candidate who need a job, pays the amount bcz they say it's 95% final already.
They they will give a reference letter, without any contact person mentioned on it, and they will give 1 month time. And after 1 month, they will make an excuse of batch incompletion and try to keep gaining the time. People who ask for refund who understand that they are fraud, they ask for refund in 3 installments and take 3-4 months time but they keep making excuses and they close the office. They keep changing the company name.
It was Innovation Manpower Pvt Ltd. Later it became Marcus Recriuitment Services Pvt Ltd and now they have started the new one, Impetus Info Services Pvt Ltd at Netaji Subhash Place.
We have around 25 people who are the victims. 5 people went there suddenly and they called police and got their money. Now, they will be careful and might go from there. The people who were most active, they have refunded some amount of those including me, still my Rs. 2500 remaning but there are around 20 more people who lost 9k, 10k, 11k, 12k and want their money back.

Sweety takes the the interview first and after that she doesnt respond. These guys keep making excuses.
