I bought a new arc™ handy portable ac × 1 worth rs. 1999/- (Order no. Vds92078, routing code: ns/chn, on the name of narayana roa m v v), and paid cash on delivery. When we opened the packet we did not find the power adapter and the operational manual. We can not use the product without these two.
Kindly send the power adapter & the user manual immediately.
