i hold a salary account with HDFC bank(customer Id[protected] for last 3years and i have a auto loan as well as credit card. The credit card department as block my credit card without prior intimation and the customer care executive told me that clear all the dues your card will be get activated with in 24hours and also taken the request for my reversal of over limit charges, after calling for several times in customer care they are telling that they don't have any details of my card any i have to speak to collection department.But no one as call me and the number given by the executive[protected] no one is picking the call.If this is the services HDFC is providing to the Old customer then what about the new customer. And i have also given the returns complaint to my Lower parel kamla mill branch. But of no use. And if this is the service then have to close my salary account with the Hdfc back. My credit HDFC card no. xxxx xxxx xxxx 1016 it has been block by company, and I need to pay sum amount against this card no.
But HDFC representative say my card no. has been change, But we don't have new card with me, I had talk with customer care on[protected]and she gave me[protected], this no. Continuous ringing no can reply.
So kindly request you to look in to the matter and sort it out immediately.
