Inb Edupro 360 Bill_rtcoi Payments — Amount not refund

I have recently deposited 3000/- through internet banking at 16.54 pm on 28th October to play the game... But it was not showing in your balance. I immediately contacted their online chat support, email as well as in Whatapp. They said that money will be refunded to me in 7-10 working days. But it's more than 20 days now. Amount has not been refunded yet. I am attaching herewith the screenshot of the transaction details.

Sir i deposit 5000 inter net banking through parimatch bet aap but my wallet not added money my amount debited not return date 06/12/2021 time 2.01pm please my amount return me sir

I have deposited money of 10000 through ur system to pari matasch on date 31.12.21 but not reflect in bet account please refund as early as possible
