Inb Times Of Money Limited — ebook money refund

I have bought an ebook from google play store app having name, "ordinary and partial differential equation" by nita. H. Shah. Unfortunately, the money of amount 292.05 rupees has been deducted from my sbi bank account, but i have not received my complete ebook app or pdf.

Please kindly refund my money
