Inb Times Of Money Limited — not getting my order and money deducted

I have purchase gems 0f rupees 399/- in clash of clans game in google but i still not get my order and money ddducted twice. So please tell me issues related to this. I have purchased lots of games and resources from google but first time i got problem like this. This time the transcation was done from inb money times limited. And i have bank statement and screen shot of transaction sms.
