My order id is #INC40871 and order date was 15th August 2022...
I had got defective piece of slippers...Both the slippers of pair were of different sizes.I placed a request for exchange for it and had returned my product on 17th Aug 2022 but haven't received the exchanged product yet...I tried contacting their team via mail multiple times but the team is not replying and there's no contact number mentioned on website...plz help me to get refund or get my exchanged piece Was this information helpful? |
