Income Tax Department — form 16a not issued by bank

I sudha bhandare 77 year old senior citizen had a few term deposits with maratha sahakari bank (Tan no-mumm20408d) tax was deducted against my fixed deposits for financial year[protected] but same is not reflecting in my form 26as. When i checked with bank about the same i was told that my pan no is not available with bank and so a tax at 20% was deducted on fd interest. I have given an application to bank with my pan card copy to do the necessary correction about a month back but till date after daily follow up bank is not issuing me form 16 a or tds certificate and giving excuses like concerned employee is on leave. They have refused to give form 16 until 31st july and said that it will take indefinite time for correction. Because of such rude and non-cooperative attitude of banking officials i am unable to submit my income tax return. Please take necessary action against such bank and help me in closing the same.
