Respected Staff,
This is regarding ready-to-occupy 3bhk home in PBEL City, Matira tower, Kelambakkam. We made the complete payment of the house on Oct 24th and the builder had promised to fix all the observations inside the house and handing over to us within 10 days. There are major observations like drainage cleaning in bathroom, water leakage in few places, paint touch-up in few places, tile guttering and few patch works for fixing minor holes.
I have been visiting the site and calling the customer service team once in 2 to 3 days and till now the observations have only increased but they have not fixed them and made only very minor fixes and that too not on satisfactory levels. As i am held up with office, my parents who are sick patients with my father being a retired army officer have been visiting the site once in 2 to 3 days and have been calling them where they say they will fix tomorrow where that "tomorrow" has never come. Such a PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE with no respect and value for customer's time and their commitments. Due to their delay we are not able to do other interiors in the house as they ask the house to be given to them completely in fixing things. We have been so patient and taking all the streaa but everything is waste of everything as they don't seem to care about any of our concerns.
Above all we have not been introduced to management folks, no detail on escalation matrix and they have never called us a single time on the update of the issue fixing. Please help us in resolving this matter at the earliest and getting our house fixed in good condition and handed over to us soon
