I ordered a portable AC from Witty Cart and my order ID is WC162898.
I must inform that it was delivered in a really bad condition. It is broken from one edge because of which the entire water leaked out and caused me a lot of trouble.
4 of its wings are broken and the inside part is also moving.
Moreover, the edge is broken. This was highly unexpected. I’m extremely disappointed with such kind of service and the product.
I want to return the product right now and I want my money back.
I mailed the complaint to [protected]@wittycart.com on the date of delivery itself along with the pictures but did not receive any reply yet. There is no information about phone number on the site too. The return policy says that they accept refunds within 3 days of delivery. Today is the third day but despite me mailing on the 1st day, there is no reply. I received the order on 5 June 2019.
