(1) Booking date 29/06/2021, online payment of Rs. 816.50 on date 29/06/2021, message recd. of order delivered on date 30/06/2021, whereas after made a call cylinder has been delivered on date 02/07/2021. they charged 843 which is 26.50 extra from invoice. they told me that this is just because of LPG rates hike on 01/07/2021.
(2) Booking date 26/02/2021, online payment of Rs. 801.50 on date 27/02/2021, they didn't send anybody and cancelled the invoice due to rate change on 01/03/2021 at 10.45a.m., when i made call to them they send service man delivered the cylinder on date 01/03/2021 at 1:33 p.m. they charged 827 which is 25.50 extra from invoice. they told me that this is just because of LPG rates hike on 01/03/2021.
(3) Booking date 09/12/2020, online payment of Rs. 651.50 on date 09/12/2020, they didn't send anybody and cancelled the invoice due to rate change, when i made call to them they send service man delivered the cylinder on date 15/12/2020 at 11.18 a.m. they charged 701.50 which is Rs.50 extra from invoice. they told me that this is just because of LPG rates hike on 15/12/2020. whereas i got message on 16/12/2020 in which they mentioned that empty cylinder is not available.
Just imagine if in 5 days they recd. minimum 3000 bookings and charged Rs.50 more than invoice then they earn 150000 more with this unethical business trick. They are simply looted people.
Note: For the above mentioned 3 times lacuna of distributor's services, i have all the facts, messages and all invoice whether they produce to me or cancelled. [for all 3 attempts]
Question: Why don't i approach to hounourable consumer court against you for the same i.e. disconnect in services.
